Business Development-Sales
Mack & Associates, Ltd. identifies, locates and evaluates Chicago's strongest administrative support professionals on a Direct-Hire, Temp-to-Hire and Temporary/ Flexible basis. We have an exciting opportunity within our growing organization for an individual who is motivated, goal-oriented, and determined. Primary responsibilities will focus on leading our business development department by networking, acquiring new business, expanding current business, and working with the staffing consultants to enhance our organization.

Requirements:
We are looking for an ambitious individual who truly enjoys the challenge of outside sales and has proven sales experience providing a service. The ideal individual would possess 3-4 years of experience selling in the Chicago Loop, preferably from a services-oriented environment. Must possess excellent communication skills, great follow-up and superior confidence. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission with a quarterly bonus. College degree preferred.

 

Recruiter / Staffing Consultant
Mack & Associates, Ltd., a certified Women Owned Business, identifies, locates and evaluates Chicago's strongest administrative support professionals on a Direct-Hire, Temp-to-Hire and Temporary basis.  We have an exciting opportunity within our growing organization for an energetic, goal-oriented and curious minded individual who truly desires a career in the staffing industry.  Looking for someone who wants to develop customer service, leadership, and people management skills. Responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying qualified administrative candidates, evaluating potential candidates through interviewing and reference verification, managing relationships, and matching candidates with specific employers and positions.  Additionally, generating business with new clients through cold calling and referrals and maintaining customer relations is an integral part of this position.

Requirements:
We are looking for a sales driven individual who truly enjoys developing and nurturing relationships. Excellent communication skills are required to handle high volume phone calls daily and must be able to multi task several projects at one time as well as have an enthusiastic approach to client relations.  Great follow-up, attention to detail and confidence are a must. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission/bonus quarterly. College degree preferred.
