A leading real estate management company located in the northern Chicago suburbs is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible perform various administrative duties such as invoicing and correspondence. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the real estate industry who wants to expand their knowledge and skillsets. The salary range for this role is up to $50K.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Provide technical and administrative assistance for meeting and events.
• Perform general accounting responsibilities such as drafting of invoices, tracking client payments and preparing and submitting expense reports
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Interface with high level clientele and act as liaison for all event related needs
• All other projects and administrative duties as needed

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

• 1-2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
