Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide direct administrative support to members of the organization’s Leadership Team, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners, fostering strong relationships across the community.
- Manage and streamline office operations, including document preparation, internal communications, and tracking of key deadlines.
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects, events, and initiatives led by the Leadership Team.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
- Support project management efforts, ensuring tasks are on track and aligned with priorities.
