Job Description

A nationally recognized law firm located in downtown Chicago seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the attorneys and client managers. The Administrative Assistant will handle various tasks including creating spreadsheets, taking phone calls, and preparing documents. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, organized, and works well in a team setting. The salary range for this role is $40K-60K.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  •  Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Prepare legal documents and maintain record
  • Schedule and organize meetings and manage calendars
  • Analyze budgets, taxes and other financials
  • Assist with coordinating and managing mailings
  • Track correspondence and deadlines
  • Provide personal assistant responsibilities as needed
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (3.0 GPA minimum)
  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confidence in working with numbers/basic math
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time-management abilities
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
