Job Description

A financial firm located in Chicago, IL is seeking a flexible and professional EA/Office Manager to join their team in a temporary capacity! The EA/Office Manager will provide direct administrative support as well as oversee the office to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and is looking for variety in their day-to-day work. This is a temporary opportunity compensated at $20-25/hr.  

 

Responsibilities of the EA/Office Manager:

  • Calendar management and scheduling 
  • Track expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Draft communication including emails, memos, and letters   
  • Assist with meeting preparation by compiling materials and conducting research
  • Distribute correspondence appropriately and respond as needed
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal events
  • Act as point of contact for vendors and any equipment repairs
Job Requirements

Requirements of the EA/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience as an EA required
  • Familiarity with office management responsibilities preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
