Job Description

A global consulting firm is currently seeking an experienced and organized Event Coordinator to add to their growing team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the event planning and management process for all company related events as well as providing administrative support to the team when necessary. The salary range for this role is $50-60k commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities of the Event Coordinator:

  • Oversee all aspects of the event planning and management process
  • Create content for promotional strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Interface with high level clientele and act as liaison for all event related needs
  • All other projects and administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Event Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Event Coordinator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
