Here are some model responsibilities and requirements for our temps:

 

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Proactively support leaders of companies such as CEO’s and other C-Suite executives in addition to VP’s and Director levels
  • Organize and schedule client and internal meetings and events; proactively manage complex calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels and ground transportation
  • Process expenses accurately and on a timely basis
  • Prepare professional business communication including memos, letters, invoices and emails
  • Assist with creating, preparing and proofreading meeting materials
  • Arrange office facilities including scheduling meeting rooms and catering as needed
  • Coordinate and organize logistics for external functions such as conferences, receptions and dinners
  • Conduct research and gather information to help answer questions and solve problems
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and client assistants
  • Provide back-up support to other assistants as needed
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as an executive assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and skilled at multitasking
  • Exhibit sound judgment and decisiveness while anticipating problems and taking initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
