Job Description

A leading architectural firm in Chicago seeks a professional and outgoing Office Coordinator in a temporary capacity. This is an excellent position for someone looking to get there foot in the door at a fantastic company. The compensation for the role is $16-17/hr

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Open office and ensure that all common areas are organized and prepped for daily needs
  • Coordinate with reception on scheduling of meeting/conference rooms
  • Fulfill requests for food orders
  • Maintain back office area
  • Ensure kitchen items are readily stocked
  • Make coffee and clean kitchen utensils
  • Other clerical tasks as needed, including backing up reception
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Office Coordinator:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have an outgoing personality
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
