Job Description

A real estate company is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team in a temporary capacity. The Office Coordinator will manage all aspects of office coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills. The Office Coordinator will earn $17-$18/hr.

 

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Provide front desk reception support by fielding and routing calls and greeting guests
  • Manage office inventory, order supplies, and restock kitchen
  • Maintain and update office records and documents
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Office Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
