Job Description

A real estate firm located in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a fast-paced and experienced Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will support the office as a whole. The Office Manager will provide full administrative support while also assisting with projects and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who desires a variety of responsibilities. The Office Manager will earn an annual salary up to $60K.

 

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Upkeep of office inventory, technology and presentation
  • Special projects including website needs, press releases and more
  • Front office duties such as answering phones and mail distribution
  • Arrange client materials including but not limited to holiday gifts
  • Basic accounting responsibilities as requested
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Experience working within commercial real estate or construction a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
  • Extremely organized and detailed
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
