Job Description

A company specializing in alternative medicine is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to join their team in a temporary capacity! The Part-Time Marketing Administrator will assist in all administrative duties related to the branding of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a high-growth company. The Part-Time Marketing Administrator will be compensated $18-$20/hr. Hybrid role (in office and remote).

 

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Marketing Administrator:

  • Conduct communication between brand marketing team and suppliers
  • Ensure all shipments arrive at stores in an accurate and timely manner
  • Distribute merchandise to designated store locations and headquarters
  • Collaborate with brand managers on any additional tasks
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Part-Time Marketing Administrator:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable operating on a hybrid in-office/remote schedule
  • Ability to commit to a 10-15 hour work week for 3 months
