Job Description

A boutique consulting firm seeks a polished, sharp, and experienced Project Manager for their Chicago office. The Project Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support for multiple consultants within the company and be a contributing member of the administrative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and professional individual to join a highly respected international company. The salary for this role is up to $80K/yr + bonus, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Schedule and maintain multiple calendars, and update as needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel; maintain itineraries
  • Manage the client onboarding process
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Create, edit, and distribute presentations and meeting materials
  • Proof-read and edit documents and client deliverables
  • Maintain client correspondence; transcribe client calls and meetings
  • Conduct research as needed for the proprietary database
  • Assist in preparation of marketing/client materials
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6-10 years’ experience in corporate executive support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type 65+ wpm
  • Ability to effectively support a team, and balance competing priorities
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
