Timesheets can be easily approved online through our electronic timesheet system.
We meet every candidate face-to-face after conducting an in-depth phone interview prior to making a recommendation to a client on their behalf. Virtual face-to-face interviews may also be conducted due to special circumstances including candidates living out-of-state as well as throughout COVID-19.
All Mack & Associates, Ltd. candidates are required to complete Microsoft Office Suite assessments, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook as a standard part of our process. Software testing can be individually customized for each client. Please ask your consultant about additional options that may be essential to your position.
We are a contingency staffing firm; therefore, only charge a fee if a candidate is selected for temporary staffing or permanent placement within your firm. We encourage you to interview referrals and additional candidates through various sources simultaneously, allowing you to choose the best potential candidate for your organization.

The timing will depend on the nature of the position and requirements; however, there are many occasions where we are able to present wonderful options either same day or within the first 24 hours. Once you choose us to recruit for your opening, one of our recruiters will begin working with you on your ideal profile, skillset, and your timeline. For “last minute” temporary positions, we have candidates ready to work and on call through our JumpStart program that we can activate for you. We will update you throughout the process to ensure you get the best candidates as quickly as possible.
For a Direct Hire placement, we will send you an invoice the employee start date. For Temp and Temp to Hire, we will invoice weekly for the previous week of work.
