A large, mission-driven nonprofit located in the Chicago Loop is seeking a knowledgeable, diligent, and self-motivated Recruiter to add to their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, interfacing with senior executives and hiring managers, and providing support to the talent management team with program development initiatives, staff events, and data analysis. Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Develop and maintain consultative partnerships and relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Create a strong foundation for equity, diversity, and inclusion, and implement new initiatives
- Create and execute strategy and workflow in tandem with senior leadership
- Lead training sessions on HR related topics, as well as screening/interviewing procedures
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting process including screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system, career site, and internal databases
- Facilitate background checks, and prepare and negotiate job offers
- Pull reports, track recruiting data, and prepare presentations for analysis
- Provide support with staff events, meetings, professional development, and other programs
- Additional duties and projects as needed
