Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to four senior professionals, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, monthly expense processing, and confidential correspondence.
- Manage domestic and global travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, scheduling, and all related logistics.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, vendors, and external business partners while maintaining a polished and professional experience for visitors.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, team events, and office functions, including scheduling, catering, conference room preparation, and logistical support.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations by coordinating mail, shipments, office supplies, kitchen inventory, workspace arrangements, and vendor relationships to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion while supporting special projects, administrative initiatives, and maintaining a collaborative, high-performing office environment.
