Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Greet all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phones; screen and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Receive all mail, packages, and deliveries; distribute to the appropriate parties
  • Organize and file confidential paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean, efficient and functional office environment
  • Oversee all internal operations and enforce processes and procedures
  • Manage conference room calendars and schedule events/meetings
  • Upkeep of all office spaces’ appearance and readiness
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and review all vendor contracts and services
  • Inform employees of up-to-date safety protocols
  • Communicate with vendors, maintenance, security and IT
  • Coordinate company gifts and plan company events
  • Greet all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phones; screen and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Receive all mail, packages, and deliveries; distribute to the appropriate parties
  • Assist administrative team with various tasks
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the office and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to details
  • High level of initiative and a positive attitude
