Here are some model responsibilities and requirements for our temps:

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Greet all visitors and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their experience
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, ensuring seamless communication
  • Receive and distribute all mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate parties with precision
  • Organize and file confidential paperwork accurately, maintaining a well-ordered system
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and functional office environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Oversee all internal operations, enforcing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Manage conference room calendars, scheduling events and meetings without a hitch
  • Ensure all office spaces are well-maintained and ready for use at all times
  • Order office and kitchen supplies, review vendor contracts and services to keep the office well-stocked
  • Keep employees informed of up-to-date safety protocols, fostering a secure workplace
  • Communicate with vendors, maintenance, security, and IT to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate company gifts and plan engaging company events to boost team morale
  • Assist the administrative team with various tasks, providing invaluable support
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the office and tackle other duties as assigned, ensuring no task is too big or too small
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Office Manager:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to details
  • High level of initiative and a positive attitude
