Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Greet all visitors and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, setting a positive tone for their experience
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, ensuring seamless communication
- Receive and distribute all mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate parties with precision
- Organize and file confidential paperwork accurately, maintaining a well-ordered system
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and functional office environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Oversee all internal operations, enforcing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Manage conference room calendars, scheduling events and meetings without a hitch
- Ensure all office spaces are well-maintained and ready for use at all times
- Order office and kitchen supplies, review vendor contracts and services to keep the office well-stocked
- Keep employees informed of up-to-date safety protocols, fostering a secure workplace
- Communicate with vendors, maintenance, security, and IT to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate company gifts and plan engaging company events to boost team morale
- Assist the administrative team with various tasks, providing invaluable support
- Run miscellaneous errands for the office and tackle other duties as assigned, ensuring no task is too big or too small
