Job Description

A dynamic global professional services company seeks a detailed and outgoing Receptionist to join their team in a temporary capacity. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and preparing mail. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude and possess a high attention to detail. The compensation for this role is $50-55K/yr.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer main office phone and direct calls appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Provide direction and guidance to internal and external clients
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies
  • Manage catering requests and book conference rooms
  • Assist with mailings and projects
  • Code and approve invoices and enter work orders
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • 1+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
