A respected wealth management company in Northbrook is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Private Wealth Advisor. This In-person position offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience, and is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys supporting a senior leader and playing an important role in the client experience. This individual will work closely with the Private Wealth Advisor to manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities, maintain the CRM, support client communications, assist with marketing and research initiatives, and help ensure the advisory practice operates efficiently. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Oversee the Private Wealth Advisor’s daily schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and inbox organization.
- Ensure the CRM remains accurate and up to date by documenting client interactions, recording meeting takeaways, assigning follow-up tasks, using AI tools to summarize important client insights, and supporting client segmentation efforts.
- Compile and prepare reports detailing outstanding tasks, client calls, and follow-up activity.
- Monitor and update the sales pipeline to ensure opportunity values, anticipated closing dates, and next steps are accurately reflected.
- Monitor team performance, activity levels, and sales outcomes to help maintain accountability and visibility.
- Use AI tools to develop engaging marketing concepts and materials, ensuring all content is submitted for the appropriate compliance review.
- Research current and prospective individual and business clients to identify relevant information, opportunities, and insights that support the advisory practice.
- Assist with assembling presentations, documents, and other materials needed for client meetings, while providing coverage when additional support is required.
- Handle a variety of administrative, organizational, and operational duties to support the Private Wealth Advisor and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.
