Job Description

A private equity firm located in Chicago is seeking an adaptable Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will wear many hats around the firm by ensuring the partners and CFO are heavily supported, and that office operations are smooth and seamless. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a go-getter and able to pivot at any given moment. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be compensated an annual salary of $60-$70k.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Executive Assistant duties for each partner within the firm
  • Coordinate meetings and arrangements with visiting investors
  • Directly assist CFO with business operations and day-to-day
  • Upkeep and maintenance of office appearance and inventory
  • Act as face of the firm, presenting in an engaging, professional manner
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Sharp thinker who thrives in a team environment
